We have several different models to choose from; all depending on the application and business recycling equipment needs.
- A Can and Glass Crusher combo- easy to maintain and requires no change in machine set-up to crush cans or glass. This is built for hard use and trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance or up-keep.
- There's one with a capacity of up to 12,000 pounds per hour, this Glass Breaker will help you maximize shipping weights while being economical to operate.
- We have a smaller unit which is a hand-fed glass breaker for small recycling and business applications. This unit is built tough for years of economical operation.
- There's a medium to high volume glass crusher which is designed for stand-alone use, in conjunction with a conveyor, or can be mounted below chutes in MRF applications. A small compact unit that will hold up to most anything you can throw at it, has a capacity of 2 - 3 tons per hour.
- If you need a high volume glass crusher we have one that is designed for long life and trouble-free operation. This model is capable of handling full or empty bottles. Conveyor is designed with side flanges on belt and cover rails to contain material. This feature has proven to greatly extend the life of the belt, eliminating some costly routine maintenance found on other crushers. This breaker has the capacity of 3 - 4 tons per hour.
